Fieldhouse Catering was established in 2005 by George & Tracy Fieldhouse. George is a fully qualified chef of 25 years + in the South Australian food industry, becoming a chef in his early twenties, then working as head chef in some of Adelaides busiest pubs & Hotels George found his passion for roast and event catering. Thus GA Fieldhouse Gourmet Roasts was born, now known as Fieldhouse Catering. Today, Fieldhouse Catering is the chosen resident caterer at the Port Noarlunga SLSC, Two Wells Football Club, Sea & Rescue Squadron West Beach. Alongside our residencies, we are the preferred caterer at many venues & businesses across South Australia namely, the Rendezvous Experience, Hewitt Centre, The Terrace Function Centre Gawler & Blackwood Winemakers & Brewers Club.
