My name is Mattia Cirulli and I am a pizza maker from Rome (Italy) living in Adelaide (Australia). Making authentic Italian pizza is my passion and I have over 10 years of experience combined in Italy & Australia. I offer mobile pizza catering services at all events within metropolitan South Australia & pizza masterclasses in Neapolitan/Roman style pizza. I will transform your experience of authentic Italian pizza, through my catering services and masterclasses. My catering services include me and my mobile wood oven on a trailer, and you get to choose how many pizzas you have at your event. I use a mix of local and imported ingredients to produce the best quality pizza product. I also offer antipasto and dessert options on my menu. My masterclasses are all about learning the art of making an authentic Italian pizza, whether it’s Napoletana or Romana style. I will arrive at your home with everything we need to run the masterclass. This is your opportunity to learn my recipe, tips & techniques, or just to have a good time with a bunch of friends. I also run masterclasses for corporate team building activities and at schools for educational purposes.
