Isaiah started his food career as an apprentice at the New Calendonian Hotel and quickly worked his way up and around the world to cheffing at resorts in QLD and at Michelin star restaurants in Italy. His passion and drive for quality food experiences underpins his philosophy and mission for Izzys Gourmet Catering. Bringing great food, and great dining experiences to people everyday. Always looking for ways to bring joy through food, Isaiah also chefs in house for NDIS clients, working with them to prepare healthy, delicious and nutritious meals at home. In his free time, Isaiah enjoys experimenting with food, developing new flavour combinations and making old-style pickling and preserves.
