Everything is baked from scratch and every product is customised to your taste and occasion. No animal product is used and I source ethical, fresh and seasonal ingredients.Amora Sweet & Natural is also making a strong impact in the segment of allergy-friendly products in Perth, offering egg, dairy, gluten, nut & soy-free options. Born in Brazil, to Italian and Spanish family heritage, you could say my background is an exotic one, and with exotic comes amazing food, so naturally, I was surrounded by a range of culinary delights from a very young age. As a little girl in Brazil, I would regularly ooh and aah over my grandmothers cooking. I loved watching her cook and particularly loved tasting every bite of everything she made! I spent many years cooking and baking in Brazil, before moving to Perth, Western Australia in 2008 where I completed a Pastry Chef course. Few years later, I discovered I could turn my hand to creating mouth-watering cakes and desserts with wholly wholesome vegan and gluten-free ingredients and Amora Sweet and Natural was born.
