Sweet Bones was started by Emily and Russell Brindley back in 2011. Em did the baking and Russ did the delivering to many cafes across Canberra. They opened their first brick and mortar shop in November 2012, in the then Lonsdale Street Traders. In October 2014 they moved into the current location in Braddon. November 2018 saw the launch of Sweet Bones, The Cookbook (currently sold out). Fast forward to 2021 and we’ve all been celebrating 10 years of Sweet Bones! We’ve got exciting things in the works, like a recipe zine, new shop modifications and a potential second location!! Stay up to date via our socials.
