The Hire Co. was founded in 2015 by Laura, a girl with a clear vision. While planning her own engagement party, Laura quickly realized there was a gap in the market for unique event decor tailored to creatives who wished to style their own events.

With a Diploma of Textiles, Clothing and Footwear from RMIT and seven years in the fashion industry, Laura brings a deep love and appreciation for beautiful fabrics, colors, and silhouettes to The Hire Co. Her joy for product sourcing and development, combined with a keen eye for detail and a lifelong commitment to perfection, perfectly merges with her strong interest in styling.
