Living in Tasmania for almost 4 years, we absolutely love this beautiful island! However, we found that the dessert selection here is quite limited. To develop our community, we wish to introduce a variety of sweet courses that weve enjoyed but cant be found here, and this is how this micro business begins.Glacé Penguin Dessert was established by Chloe and Sam from Malaysia and Hong Kong in June 2021. Naming after Chloe's nickname, Penguin, is how this lovely business gains its name.In late 2021 and early 2022, we started our journey venturing into different local markets and pop up store in malls to provide a better services to the local community.We started as an online cake shop specialising in Japanese Soufflé Cheesecake which it has been gaining popularity ever since.Here at Glacé Penguin Dessert, all our desserts are made from natural and fresh ingredients with utmost care from the start to finish. This is why we do not use any preservatives and additives in our products.
