I profesionally design and create unique and individual wedding and engagement cakes and cupcakes, freshly baked with all natural ingredients, no premixes, no preservatives and nothing artificial. They have the distinct quality and goodness that only comes from baking from scratch and all come filled with delicious layers of Swiss meringue buttercream, chocolate ganache and real fruit puree. I also offer vegan, gluten free and dairy free options. My recipes have been created by my husband Paul Groves, a masterchef who has won many awards for his pastry and culinary skills during our time living in Europe and here in Adelaide. Good food is a huge part of our lives, therefore the texture and flavour of my cakes is of the finest quality. I believe the taste of your cake is of utmost importance and should leave your guests with a lingering sweet memory of your special day. I have 25 years experience in the restaurant and food industry and I've been making wedding cakes for over 18 years now. Sugar artistry like my delicate handmade sugar flowers and decorative finishes are a speciality and provide individuality to your wedding cake or cupcakes.
