For as long as she can remember, baking has been more than just a skill—it’s been a lifelong passion. From early childhood attempts in her family kitchen on a small farm in southern Chile to perfecting recipes inspired by her grandmother and mother, her journey has always been about food, family, and togetherness.
Despite studying Economics and Management in Italy and later earning a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food in Australia, her heart remained in the kitchen. Baking became her true calling—a way to express love, gratitude, and creativity through delicious, homemade treats.
Driven by a deep appreciation for fresh, handcrafted goods, she takes pride in using minimal equipment to create unique, flavorful cakes delivered across Sydney. Her commitment to quality, sustainability, and reducing food waste ensures that every ingredient is used with care.
