CHEF JUSTIN brings over 25 years of experience in the food and service industry and he loves talking food with just about anybody. Presentation is everything for Justin, and while he is certainly the mastermind behind Chief Catering’s specialty dishes, his true specialty is working with clients and putting together menus that match their vision and tastes. During the food service, he’s a man on a mission: 100% focussed on making sure the food is top-notch and everyone is getting enough of it. But as soon as the food is out, he’s relaxed and as cool as a cucumber (we promise!). LAURA, BAKER-IN-CHIEF and customer service extraordinaire has worked in hospitality her entire life. She’s a self-taught baker specialising in cakes and dessert, but people are her true specialty. Even amidst the stress and chaos of wedding and event planning, Laura knows how to make Chief Catering customers feel at ease. To Laura, it’s all about that personal touch!
