Ben is very passionate and creative with his craft, inspired by his love of travel and experiencing the fusion of flavours and cultures from around the globe. His passion is inspiring and if you are willing, he would love nothing more than to take you on a gastronomic experience that is unimaginable. Spanning over 15 years of experience working in some of the top restaurants locally and overseas as a Sous Chef and Executive Chef, before deciding he wanted to start something of his own where he could really let his talents and creativity run free. Working closely with each and every client, you can rest assured that every aspect from planning through execution will be covered.In his spare time Ben still loves to be in the kitchen , hosting dinner parties for family and friends and experimenting with new ideas to showcase to his clients. With an appreciation for the simple things in life and a fondness for the finer, Ben loves nothing more than to bring people together with his food.
