Frasers Restaurant opened in 1993, with executive chef Chris Taylor at the helm. Since this date, the company has expanded to include Bluewater Bistro and The Botanical Café as well as being able to offer offsite catering. Whilst the company has grown our philosophies have remained as they were all those years ago, maintaining a family-orientated culture, warm and welcoming service with a passion to create incredible food experiences, and a devotion to produce exquisite events. Executive Chef Chris Taylor is an advocate for using the best West Australian produce and this transcends across our portfolio of venues. His philosophy allows the produce to speak for itself honest flavours, simple yet deftly prepared and respectfully handled. Our events team led by Alister Pereira, are experts in their field. They understand flexibility, have impeccable attention to detail and know the little extra touches can make a big difference when it comes to creating a truly superb event experience.
