She has a special passion for three dimensional novelty cakes, wedding cakes and confectionary. She also loves teaching you how to make your own cake creations. Hélène is a qualified pastry chef as well as a qualified trainer.We are an Artisan Cake & Confectionery company who only make to order. Not only do we create magnificent cakes which not only look good but taste fantastic, we also have delicious confectionery, made the old fashion way - by hand. Sweet Things Cake School will also teach you how to make fantastic cakes and confectionery. Helene is a qualified pastry chef who beliefs that everything should not only look good, but taste good too.
