We serve straight from the Paella pan, allowing your guests to come up to the Paella pan to be served, and take their meal back to their table. We always make sure there is enough for everyone - and guests are welcome to come back for more once everyone has been served. And we place any remaining paella on platters for you to serve later. Once the final meals have been served, we pack up and cleanup our cooking area leaving you to enjoy the rest of your evening.
