Hi, I'm Julie (Jules), the founder of Weekend Whisk. As a qualified Pastry Chef and Chef, I have worked in many roles in the hospitality industry. I've worked in small cafes's to 5 Star resorts. Over the years it became clear that all things delicious and sweet are my thing. I followed this passion and have done many training courses on creating treats for special occasions including a study tour to Switzerland learn more about all things chocolate! Weekend Whisk's uniquely handmade delicious treats are all made with quality ingredients. If you can dream it, I can create it. From elaborate, fancy, personalised cakes and cupcakes to family favourites like chocolate brownies, cheesecakes and sticky date pudding with caramel sauce!
