Cake Culture

It all started in 2007 when I went searching for a beautiful cake for my eldest daughters 1st birthday. I was tired of the same old boring cream filled or custard filled sponge cakes with mock cream and no life! After being disappointed and finding nothing locally to suit, I vowed to go back to my passion of baking which began when I was 13.

Ever since, I baked all the special occasion cakes for every family member. The passion to decorate took hold and off I went to find out more about the amazing art of sugar craft. A few courses later and much trial and error Cake Culture was born.

Cake Culture is a boutique home based business that is fully registered with the local council and meets strict Food Safety Standards. Each cake is made fresh to order using good quality ingredients.

Over time the Cake Culture direction has moved forward and I spend countless hours creating each wedding design. I adore creating beautiful sugar flowers and special features for cakes and strive to provide a beautifully finished cake that is moreish to eat as well!
