The daughter of butchers, Bridget grew up on a sheep farm just outside Dubbo, New South Wales, where her love for food and flowers was inspired by the vibrant produce displays in her parents' butcher shops. That same creativity and authenticity now fuels every event curated by Butchers Daughter.

Before founding Butchers Daughter, Bridget honed her expertise managing large-scale catering operations across Australia, even touring with bands like AC/DC and Coldplay, and working on world-class events such as TEDx Sydney and New Year’s Eve at the Sydney Opera House.
