What started as a small family-run olive grove in South East Queensland quickly turned into something much bigger when Tony and Danielle discovered the magic of wood-fired cooking. Their casual pizza nights became an instant hit, and before long, they were roasting farm-raised pork and lamb overnight in their wood-fired Cob oven, creating mouthwatering meals that friends and family couldn’t get enough of.
Now, Flaming Good has grown into a sought-after catering business, bringing their signature flavors to events across Queensland. Based in Toowoomba, they cater everything from intimate gatherings of 40 guests to large-scale events of up to 25,000 people. Their mobile kitchen is a full-fledged feast on wheels, serving up everything from authentic wood-fired pizzas and gourmet BBQ spreads to hearty roasts with all the trimmings and decadent desserts.
