Hello there I'm Mel! Welcome to my happy place!I am an international award winning maternity, newborn, and family photographer clicking away in Perth, Western Australia. Like most, my day isnt complete without a good cup of coffee! Born and raised in Germany, I became enamoured with the magic of photography when I probably couldnt even spell it properly, getting my first SLR at the age of 12. It proved to be quite the costly interest at first, leading me to spend all of my pocket money in developing negatives, yet only making me love what I did even more. Its my love for my work that helps me be the best family photographer for you. Besides photography, I am also a wife and mum to two precious little ones. When Im not behind my camera, youll most likely find me chasing after my own kids, outdoors or on an adventure with my family. Choosing the right family photographer is not only about the photographers skills, newborn safety and having an incredible high quality product at the end of the day. It's also about having a positive overall experience. Whether were doing newborn photography or family portraits, with me, each and every sessions is laid back, yet professional.
