Founded by pastry chef Melina, Regnier Cakes is the result of a lifelong dream, years of industry expertise, and an unwavering love for baking. With over 25 years of experience in the baking industry, Melina turned her vision into reality in 2011, building Regnier Cakes into a thriving business known for its impeccable quality and innovative designs.

Starting from humble beginnings in a council kitchen at the back of a local hall, Melina’s commitment to excellence quickly propelled Regnier Cakes forward. By 2014, she had moved into her first dedicated premises in Cheltenham, Bayside Melbourne, and just two years later, she expanded to open a café alongside her cake business. In 2018, Melina launched Regnier Cakes' online store, filling a significant gap in the market for convenient, high-quality cake ordering. The online shop flourished, making it easier than ever for customers to enjoy custom cakes without the hassle of traditional ordering processes.

When the building she was leasing was sold, Melina made the difficult decision to close the café and focus entirely on expanding the online cake shop. In February 2020, she relocated Regnier Cakes to a new space in Braeside, teaming up with like-minded wedding industry professionals to create a co-working environment where women in business could collaborate and thrive.

Today, Regnier Cakes continues to offer an ever-evolving selection of cakes and desserts, all baked fresh to order, ensuring each creation is as unique as the celebration it’s made for.
