Established in 1997, The Cake Studio began as a wholesaler, supplying exquisite cakes to renowned franchises in Sydney. By 1999, the team’s growing skills and passion for unique, handcrafted desserts led to the opening of their own studio, marking the start of a journey dedicated to artistry and innovation in cake design.

As The Cake Studio’s reputation flourished, they began collaborating with prominent Sydney venues, earning recognition for creating cakes that are both beautiful and distinctive. The team expanded in 2003 with the addition of Mark Smolenski, a talented pastry chef who has been instrumental in the studio’s daily operations and growth.

In 2021, The Cake Studio embarked on a new chapter, launching an online shop and expanding their offerings to include a new line of desserts, meeting the evolving demands of customers throughout Sydney.
