We started using the woodfired oven in 2007 in our Restaurant Bread and Butter in Kirra. Our food trucks started as an extension of the restaurant to provide Pizza Catering on the Gold Coast and surroundings. The Italian Job Catering specialises in Wedding Catering and Corporate Catering providing the best italian food. The quality of our food is the most important thing for us as it is the key to our success. We have a team of experienced chefs constantly working on improving the quality of our dough, sauces and toppings.
